The Shipping charge is based on the weight of the selected products and destination. If you want to know the shipping charge for your destination, you can check it through shipping charge calculator.

We will send the products through The Professional couriers & Blue dart for our National destinations. For overseas countries we have dealing with FedEx, DHL, DPEX, Aramex, Trans Air, UBX etc.

No! Duties, Taxes and Octroi charges are not included in the shipping charge.

The home delivery will take maximum of 3 working days for Tamilnadu & Pondicherry, 4 working days for Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, 5 working days for other states and 7 working days for overseas countries. These delivery periods are not suitable for Reproducible Products.

We will process the orders on the day or by next day from the date of receipt of the order. If any issue in the payment, our payment gateway team will intimate to us. We will process that type of orders after clearing the issue.

If you want to change the shipping address, you can intimate the new address via email to online@kayalfashions.com.  If the particular order was already shipped before receiving your email, it is not possible to change the delivery address.

No! It is not possible to give multiple delivery addresses in single order.  You can make different orders if you have multiple shipping addresses.

Yes! We have the facility to cancel the order / refund the payment.

If you have placed the order by using Credit / Debit card / Net banking option, the cancel amount will credit back to your card account.

The time will take as per your bank process, normally it will take minimum 2 to 3working days  from the date of refund or cancel for credit / debit card, net banking payments.

Our payment gateway team to analyze the payment information of the customers to each and every orders. While checking your order, if they find some incorrect data provided by you in your order, they will ask some from you (customers) documents for verification purpose to complete the process.

We will send an instant e-mail with the information for the shipment of your order, when the parcel handed over to the courier agency.

Once item dispatched, our team what’s app/ SMS the details to you. You can find the status of your order by using order tracking option in concerned courier website.

If you need to cancel your order, you should send a email to online@thechennaisilks.com before order dispatch. 

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will exchange the goods provided that they are unused, in their original condition. Exchanges must be made within three days from the date of delivery, and only one exchange per item is permitted. Goods should be returned in the original packaging and the invoice enclosed with your order should also be returned to us. Our decision regarding the condition of returned goods shall be final. Shipping charges cannot be refunded and return shipping charges shall be accepted by the customer.
